Agreement to Terms: By accessing our website at www.blissfulglowservices.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.2. About Our Services Blissful Glow Senior Support, LLC is a licensed Home and Community Support Services Agency (HCSSA) registered in the state of Texas. We provide non-medical personal assistance services including but not limited to companionship, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), light housekeeping, medication reminders, caregiving support, respite care, and new mother assistance. Important: Our services are personal assistance in nature and do not constitute medical care, nursing care, or any form of licensed healthcare treatment. Our caregivers are not licensed medical professionals. If your loved one requires medical attention, please contact a licensed medical provider or call 911.

 

3. Service Agreement: All services are provided based on a mutually agreed care plan between Blissful Glow Senior Support, LLC and the client or their authorized representative. Services may be modified, paused, or discontinued with reasonable notice from either party.

 

4. Booking and Scheduling: Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. We will make every reasonable effort to honor scheduled visits. In the event a caregiver is unavailable due to illness or emergency, we will notify the client as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement.

 

5. Payment TermsPayment for services is due as outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date.

 

6. Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of services.

 

7. Client Responsibilities: The client or their authorized representative agrees to provide a safe working environment for our caregivers, provide accurate and complete health and care information necessary to deliver appropriate services, treat all Blissful Glow staff with dignity and respect, and notify us immediately of any changes in the client's condition or care needs.

 

8. Limitation of Liability: Blissful Glow Senior Support, LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the client's failure to disclose relevant medical or safety information, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the actions of third parties, or any situation requiring medical intervention beyond our scope of service. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for services in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

 

9. Confidentiality: We treat all client information with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable Texas state laws and regulations. Client information will not be shared with any third party without written consent, except where required by law.

 

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services: Blissful Glow Senior Support, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any client where the safety of our caregivers is at risk, where payment obligations are not met, or where the client or their representative acts in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or unlawful.

 

11. Non-SolicitationClients agree not to directly hire or solicit any caregiver introduced to them through Blissful Glow Senior Support, LLC for a period of 12 months following the end of services. Violation of this clause may result in a placement fee.

 

12. Intellectual Property: All content on this website including our logo, text, images, and branding is the property of Blissful Glow Senior Support, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

 

13. Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

14. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
