Before services begin
Before care begins, we review the service scope, schedule, charges, supervision, client rights, responsibilities, and complaint process with the client or authorized representative. The applicable agency-client agreement and care documents are provided during intake.
Privacy and health information
This website is for initial contact and scheduling. Please do not submit detailed diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, or other sensitive health information through a general website form. We provide any applicable care-services privacy notice through the intake process.
Parents and guardians
When a request concerns a child, submit information only if you are a parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized representative. We discuss the appropriate scope of family-centered support during an assessment based on the child's needs, staff qualifications, and availability.
Emergencies
Blissful Glow Services and this website are not emergency services. Call 911 for an emergency or immediate danger. Do not wait for a website response when urgent medical or safety help is needed.
